In order to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition during the summer months, we also take the liberty of cooling your order during hot weather or holding it back for 1-2 days (e.g. before the weekend).
Delivery Times by Delivery Zone & Online Shop
We are eager to deliver Läderach products in a perfect condition. Nevertheless, our products can be subject to damages due the transportation and the delivery. In such a case, please contact us at customerservice.staging-ch.laderach.com in order to find a solution together. If everything is delivered to your satisfaction, we would be pleased to receive some positive feedback.
Terms of Delivery
Deliveries are made worldwide according to five shipping/delivery zones: Switzerland, Europe, USA, Canada and other countries.
Läderach online shop shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, e.g. force majeure, traffic congestion, severe weather conditions or the unusual, unexpected holding of the goods by customs authorities, and such events shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim compensation.
If not all the products ordered are in stock, Läderach online shop is entitled to make part-deliveries.
If the goods cannot be delivered through the fault of the customer, Läderach online shop shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after three attempts at delivery. No refunds for unsuccessful deliveries (non-collection, incorrect shipping address…).
